By accessing or using 27 System's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services
27 System provides website design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services for home services companies. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for your project
- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure all content you provide is accurate and does not infringe on third-party rights
- Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the custom website design and content created specifically for your project. 27 System retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks used in your project remain subject to their respective licenses.
Payment Terms
- A deposit is required before work begins on any project
- Monthly hosting and support fees are billed in advance
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
- All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your monthly hosting/support plan at any time. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our services. Custom design fees for completed work are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
27 System is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Website Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
